English Language Challenges

Imagen
My experience learning to speak another language is quite complex, I have always been struck by languages, especially French for their pronunciations, but since we were little they taught us English, they told us that English was the global language and that without it We could not leave the country... really in my basic education they told us so much but they taught us so little ... I did not have the best teachers in the world .. and the truth did not call me much attention this language, so I did not really learn much about this , as the years went by I learned the basics of English thanks to songs and videogames, but when I changed school I realized that my level was really low ... and even though I tried to learn, I just could not do it, I really think that I had to learn as a child because I currently feel that I can not understand much. In the university I started with English 3, and in spite of not being good in the language I was able to improve my vocabulary and my pronunc

Changes to my study programme

Well, if I could make a change in the university programme, the first change would be to motivate some teachers to teach with more calmness and patience, since some teachers lost the love of teaching, which motivated them to dedicate themselves to teaching in the university. Another change would be to improve the implementation of the laboratory, because despite being very good, in most classes we can only theoretically understand some methods, and if we add better implementation we could observe them live and better understand things; It would improve the organization in the weeks of testing.. since most times students have many evaluations in a day and that makes our performance significantly lower in some tests, hurting us a lot in the future, I would also add more visits to the companies to know more about the scope of work of each career, since most of the students do not know all the areas in which they can develop their career and that would help us to improve the motivation

In my opinion...

Well ... of all the options that the teacher gave the one that I liked the most cloning, honestly I do not handle much on this subject but it is the most interesting. The definition of cloning can be defined as the process by which identical copies of an organism, cell or molecule already developed are obtained asexually by means of its DNA. Cloning is a topic that covers many areas but I would like to focus on the cloning of living beings as animals, since this is something that had been researched for many years and about 22 years ago, the first successful animal cloning was achieved. The cloned animal was a sheep named Dolly, which was cloned after 227 attempts, since the success rate of the experiment was 15-30%. The birth of Dolly is the result of a nuclear combination of a differentiated donor cell and an unfertilized and nucleus-free ovule. A six-year-old Finn Dorset sheep was the adult animal from which the cell was extracted for cloning, from the mammary gland. This

From cartoons, animes to TV series

Well, since I was very young I watch animated series, I liked to see One piece, Hunter X, Pokemon, Dragon Ball, Digimon and another very interesting series. Without realizing it I started to introduce myself to the world of Japanese series, better called anime. As I grew up, I developed more interest in this style of animation, and I came to foster a taste for drawing only because of the interesting style of drawing. When I was 15 - 16 years old I started reading manga. What are the bases of anime. In particular, my love for the sleeves began with the One Piece series, which goes in number 924 and is still in publication today. The story of One Piece takes place in the era of pirates, featuring Monkey D. Luffy, a young man with a rubber body who wants to become the king of the sea. Throughout history, you must face several obstacles to achieve your goal, which is really complicated. Many people say,”How can you read so many chapters?”, “It’s too long”, but what they do no

Well, when I entered the university to study Chemistry I had no idea what to do when I graduated, I even thought about changing many times and I still have impulses to do it, but I really think that I would like to finish my undergraduate chemistry career first, after finishing undergraduate, I would like to continue studying more, It is a difficult choice to choose between lines of research, diploma, magister, doctorate… I have many options to choose, but in spite of that the topics that more call my attention is to do a diploma in instrumental analysis organic or to do a doctorate in chemistry. Where would you like to study? If I had the opportunity to leave the country and study, I would do it, but I am disgusting in English and that would close many doors for me. So I would simply like to stay in Chile, and continue in the same university to be able to have benefits from this. How you would like to study? I would like to study part time because I could work and study at

Your new job

What kind of job would you like to have? That's a good question, I’m really love the chemistry and I would like to work in a laboratory doing chemistry in its greatest splendor or dedicate myself to the teaching of chemistry in schools, to be able to promote the love of chemistry since childhood to children and to be able to achieve that the new generations interested in the science, since in Chile the scientific area is not very developed. I feel that doing this could contribute my grain of sand to be creating a best society. I would not really mind working in open or closed places while doing what I really like, in this way the work would not be work really. What about the salary? In the topic of salary, I really would like to be paid me much money for the love I have for the science but I know in Chile the science is not good paid, therefore I would need another work for living good. The chemistry course that I am studying prepares me to work on what I like to alon

From the invisible to the visible world and back

Well.. the topic is very complicated to summarize but I'll tried. "Demócrito" a greek philosopher,  expressed the idea that all matter was made up of many small, indivisible particles that he called atoms (which means indestructible and indivisible). Although the idea of Democritus was not accepted by many of his contemporaries as "Aristóteles" and "Platón".. The experimental evidences of some scientific investigations supported the concept of "atomism". In 1808, Jhon Dalton defined more precisely the invisible units that form matter, calling them atoms. His theory can be summarized as, The elements are made up of extremely small particles called atoms. All atoms of the same element are identical, have the same size, mass and chemical properties. The atoms of an element are different from the atoms of all the other elements; in general the compounds are formed by atoms of more than one element. All modern chemistry is based on the fact t
