My experience learning to speak another language is quite complex, I have always been struck by languages, especially French for their pronunciations, but since we were little they taught us English, they told us that English was the global language and that without it We could not leave the country... really in my basic education they told us so much but they taught us so little ... I did not have the best teachers in the world .. and the truth did not call me much attention this language, so I did not really learn much about this , as the years went by I learned the basics of English thanks to songs and videogames, but when I changed school I realized that my level was really low ... and even though I tried to learn, I just could not do it, I really think that I had to learn as a child because I currently feel that I can not understand much. Well, if I could make a change in the university programme, the first change would be to motivate some teachers to teach with more calmness and patience, since some teachers lost the love of teaching, which motivated them to dedicate themselves to teaching in the university. Another change would be to improve the implementation of the laboratory, because despite being very good, in most classes we can only theoretically understand some methods, and if we add better implementation we could observe them live and better understand things; It would improve the organization in the weeks of testing.. since most times students have many evaluations in a day and that makes our performance significantly lower in some tests, hurting us a lot in the future, I would also add more visits to the companies to know more about the scope of work of each career, since most of the students do not know all the areas in which they can develop their career and that would help us to improve the motivation ...

What kind of job would you like to have? I feel that doing this could contribute my grain of sand to be creating a best society. I would not really mind working in open or closed places while doing what I really like, in this way the work would not be work really. What about the salary? In the topic of salary, I really would like to be paid me much money for the love I have for the science but I know in Chile the science is not good paid, therefore I would need another work for living good. Whenever I think of pets the first animal that comes to mind are the rabbits. This is because when I was little I watched animals programs and always rabbit was the more attractive, I like the innocent and intelligent that was when facing nature. From there I always wanted to have a rabbit for When I was 12 years old I had the opportunity to have a rabbit, he was a colored lead and had a black nose with a white dot.. I called him "Copito de nieve" because that dot was very llamative. I really love my “Copito” because he was lovely and ate a lot like me, I even took him out for a walk on a leash like a dog; I spent beautiful moments with my pet for 3 years .. until fate knocked on the door and I rapture it. From there, it became common to have rabbits in my family, having 10 to 15 rabbits at a time, but despite having thousands of rabbits, none managed to overcome my “Copito”. I will always remember you as the best rabbit a man could have.

My best holidays.. is really complicated decide because usually my holidays is stay in my home.. in my room sleeping all day.. or when I need money I use my vacation for job... but if I had to choose, it would be the holidays that I went to Valparaiso with my family, that was the only time we all went out together to a place and it is very important to me; because this time was one of the last times i saw a very very important person to me, so I will always remember those holidays. Another important vacation was when I went out with my friend and my girlfriend to the south and toured many beautiful places, we ate a lot of delicious food and enjoyed unique moments. I have strong feeling for that days. In general the best holidays will always be where you have good company, whether they are family or friends because the place is not important if not the memories that remain in the memory.

Personally I don’t like travel but I have always wanted to visit Canada. Canada is the most awesome and attractive place; there are very beautiful tourist places known worldwide such as the Niagara Falls, island of Baffin and the Cabot trail. Another think that I like from Canada is the famous sport hochey which is the national passion. I would like to know the Niagara Falls and breathe pure air, I would like to see a live hockey game and the most important.. taste the typical food of Canada. Really is a very good country to vacation but it’s a very expensive place to live, the taxes are very high although they are justified with the excellent education and medical health, personally I would like go to study in Canada but I’m really bad speaking English and I’m sure I would not understand half of the things they say in the classes. But despite of everything I would like to go on vacation to this country.

Well, I'm not planning things for the winter break, I usually stay in my house and enjoy the tranquility and the feeling of knowing that I'll have no worries for a while. In winter I enjoy listening to the rain when sleeping, the movement of the trees by the wind, I generally love the cold and I love this time of year, so on winter holidays I would only be lying down and I would be with my family, since lately We do not have much fun because we do not agree with the weather. Well I decided to talk about an expert in my area, and what better to talk about the famous Ernest Rutherford o Lord Rutherford, the chemist that calls my attention, due to the area of ​​the chemistry that was dedicated to study. Ernest Rutherford was born on 30 Augus t 1871 in New Zealand and died on 19 October 1937 in the United Kingdom. He devoted himself to the study of radioactive particles and managed to classify them into alpha ( α ), beta ( β ) and gamma ( γ ). When it comes to hobbies I do not have a variety of things that I like to do. In my free time I like being on the computer, play guitar or just sleep. I used to play sports before but I've become a little lazy lately, but I'm usually at the computer. Since I was given my computer for my 15th birthday, I use my free time mainly to watch series and random videos, chatting and playing video games with my friends. I am in the computer a couple of hours almost every day when I have time and I am in my house, I like it because I am distracted from the obligations with the University and have good times. Another option that I have as a hobby since a couple of years is to play the guitar, I do not do it very regularly, but when I do, I get carried away by the music. And the last option that I would call hobbie and that never fails me is to take a long nap.

Personally I don't like to take photos to myself, that's why the photo I chose is from a snowy landscape. I like this photo, and in general, all photos  where there is snow and rain. I like coldness, snow and rain because they are beautiful, refreshing, relaxing. Because the petrichor in the dirt is amazing and I like to lie sleeping and listening to the rain. The picture shows a snowy forest with a river and a person admiring the place. What is that person thinking? I like to see the trees in the photo painted white. The truth, I would like to be the person in the picture, to be alone in that place enjoying the sound of the river and watching the beautiful landscape of white. I would like to travel to a similar place and although I do not like photos, I would take one by recreating the image scene.

My favorite band.. is complicated.. But well I choose Blink 182. It's a punk rock band formed by Travis Barker, Mark Hoppus and Matt Skiba in this moment. It's a North American band which I listen since 2009-2010 when I was going to the school and eventually it became in my favorite band. I like it because the members are extroverts and the songs are crazy either by the lyrics or the beat of the instruments. It´s perfect to me. My favorite album is "Enema of the state" and my favorite song is "Adam's song" although in the time lost its essence since the guitarist Tom Delong left the band and was replaced for Matt Skiba. Now his music is repetitive and similar to other bands. However, it is the best band for me, but I prefer the old records compared to the last one that came out.

My favorite piece of technology? It's a difficult decision because the computer it was the first object what open my mind to the world of technology and the cell phone is what I use the most at the moment, but well I select the cell phone because it’s almost a small computer that you can keep in your pocket. I got my present cell phone two years ago and use for many things. Listen music, watch photos and videos, play video games, save information, communicate with important people in my life, technically I can do everything. My cell phone is part of my life and if I lose it would totally disconnect me from the world. I do not consider myself addicted to the cell phone but in this technology based world it's a must.

I always liked science, but my interest in chemistry as a career started with a chemistry teacher who helped me and other classmates during the hard process of choosing what to do with our lives. The subject was easy with him and we all learnt a lot more than previous years. In my last semester, I decided I wanted to study "Chemistry and Pharmacy”. A couple of weeks before the day of applications, my brother took me to an university fair to see other options and they told me more about the career of chemistry itself. I liked the idea of investigation in industrial areas besides medicines, so I took it as a second option. Unfortunately, I was not selected in pharmacy, but I entered to “degree in chemistry”.  Now, after a year, I like my actual career and I don’t regret my decision. In a future I plan to work at my uncle’s company, CCU, studying new formulas to improve the quality of the drinks.
